For non customised orders, after completing your order and making full payments, your order will be delivered within 4 hours. Incase of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that the delivery will be made before end of day and you will be notified by our team. All same day delivery orders should be ordered by 3:00pm. Any orders made after 3:00pm will be delivered the next day.
Please note that all personalised gifts will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders for personalised items should be made by 3:00pm so that your order can be processed for 48 hours delivery.
We are open on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. All orders scheduled for Saturday delivery will be delivered between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
On peak days such as Valentines, Mothers Day and Fathers Day, we are not able to specify the delivery timelines. However, you can be assured that your gifts will be delivered on the specified delivery date.


In cases where deliveries are unsuccessful, you will be required to make the necessary payment to cover the re-delivery charges before we can proceed with dispatching the order again. Our team will reach out to you and share the payment link to facilitate the payment.
Once the payment is made, kindly share the payment confirmation so we can promptly schedule the re-delivery of your order.

Ordering Gifts from The Gift Fairy is Easy.
Our website is designed for easy navigation, making it simple for you to find the products you’re looking for.
Our website is organised into several categories to help you easily find what you’re looking for. Alternatively, you can use the Search Box at the top of the website and type in specific items, for example “teddy bear” to quickly find exactly what you need.
Click on the product you would like and specify colour or size if applicable.
For personalised products, please input the details you’d like on the product.
Click on the Add to Cart button located below
– If you need more than 1 item, adjust the quantity before selecting the Add to Cart button
-Click on Proceed to Checkout if you are done shopping or Continue Shopping if you would like to add more products to your order
Enter your name, email address and phone number at the top.
Enter your delivery location; ie: Muyenga, in more details include the street name, house number, floor number and any relevant details.
If you have a coupon code, include it at the top of the page then click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order.
– Click on Place Order to proceed.
We accept payments via Pesapal (options include: credit/debit card or mobile money payment option such as Mpesa, AirtelMoney, MTN Money). Our site is 100% secure so you can be assured the information you enter on our site will be safe and protected.
Once your payment is processed and your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. This email will include your order number, which you can use to track your order.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer care team promptly so we can assist with processing and ensuring your order is delivered on time.
