How can I make an order on your website?

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we provide gift wrapping on all purchases at a small additional cost.

We also offer gift wrapping for traditional wedding ceremonies such as kukyalas, kwanjulas, kuhingiras etc.

What time will my order be delivered?

For non customised orders, after completing your order and making full payments, your order will be delivered within 4 hours. Incase of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that the delivery will be made before end of day and you will be notified by our team. All same day delivery orders should be ordered by 3:00pm. Any orders made after 3:00pm will be delivered the next day.

Please note that all personalised gifts will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders for personalised items should be made by 3:00pm so that your order can be processed for 48 hours delivery.

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment on delivery. You are required to make full payments for your order as well as delivery fee before we can dispatch your order.

Can I make an order through phone or do I need to order on the website?

We only accept orders through our website to ensure accuracy and security. However, if you have any questions or need assistance placing your order online, we’d be happy to guide you through the process. Let us know how we can help!

Will the flowers I order look exactly like what I see on the website?

We make every effort to deliver the exact flower arrangement displayed on our website. However, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to product availability. Rest assured, any substitutions will be made with the same high-quality blooms to ensure your package meets our standards.

What if the recipient is not at the specified location?

In cases where deliveries are unsuccessful, you will be required to make the necessary payment to cover the re-delivery charges before we can proceed with dispatching the order again. Our team will reach out to you and share the payment link to facilitate the payment.

Once the payment is made, kindly share the payment confirmation so we can promptly schedule the re-delivery of your order.
